ED-Z color fixing agent is a resin type color fixing agent integrating the functions of salt bond bonding, functional group reaction, molecular film layer protection and metal ion complexation. It is a prepolymer with polyamine and epichlorohydrin as the main components, which is similar to the resin primary shrinkage. Its molecular structure contains three types of reactive groups and is a branched macromolecule with more than four functional groups.
The fixing agent molecule acts as a “bridge” by reacting one end of the reactive group with the hydroxyl group of the fiber macromolecule and the other end with the water-soluble group in the dye molecule; It can also prevent the key breaking of the fabric during storage; It also has anti shrinkage function for cotton fabrics, and is very effective in improving the wet ironing fastness of fabrics.
Cationic reactive silicone fixing agent
Reactive silicone color fixing agent contains silicone groups and can react with hydroxyl groups on fibers. The color fixing agent is a long-chain quaternary ammonium salt compound, which has good softening effect, anti-static and can improve the tearing strength of the fabric. It is also a silicone quaternary ammonium salt bactericide.
The fixing conditions of cationic reactive silicone fixing agent are: 30-80 ℃, time 15-60min, bath ratio 1:15-1:50. The color fastness to soaping is grade 4-5, and the color fastness to wet rubbing is grade 4-5.
Compound and mixed color fixing agent
Using PDMDAAC alone, especially homopolymer, sometimes the effect is not very ideal, but it will achieve good results when combined with other color fixing agents. With higher molecular weight, PDMDAAC has strong adsorption and bridging ability. When compounding, it is necessary to find a color fixing agent with strong electric neutralization ability and weak adsorption and bridging ability. The two can complement each other.
However, the proportion and dosage of the polymer should be strictly controlled, and the reduction of its cationic degree will affect the electric neutralization performance of the polymer. Therefore, it is necessary to find a color fixing agent with the best molecular weight and cationic degree to optimize the performance of the polymer. In addition, looking for active cationic monomers to copolymerize with PDMDAAC can increase the molecular weight without reducing the degree of cation. It is particularly important for PDMDAAC with low degree of cation and high molecular weight.
