Terpolymer Silicone Softener: SSI-4211

Components:

Polysiloxane compound, weakly cationic

Application Area:

Terpolymer silicone softener SSI-4211 confers excellent handle effects to all fibre types. Softness, smoothness and fluffiness are excellent.

Properties ：

– Light yellow viscous liquid

– Diluted to any content with water

– Good softness, smoothness and fluffiness, especially excellent smoothness.

– High pH stability, high stability to shear forces, high stability to high-temperture

– High resistant to yellowing

Application ：

Pad or Exhaust Process.

Dilution method: According to the different situation, diluted into different concentrations of finished products used, the general dilution of 3-5 times. It is recommended to dilute with deionized water (or purified water), mix well and adjust the PH value to about 6.

Pad process          20-40g/L     SSI-4211（20%）

Exhaust process       1-3% o.w.f   SSI-4211（20%）

Storage:

120KG plastic drum, room temperature.

The product is sensitive to frost and heat and must not be stored at temperatures below 0 °C or above 40 °C. Irreparable damage is possible. In the case of suspected frost or heat damage, the usability of the product has to be checked before processing. In order to avoid quality loss, it is necessary to always close the drums after use.
