Softener Paste: NSI-4101

Brief introduction

Softener paste NSI-4101 is a hydrophilic quaternary ammonium softener. Softener paste NSI-4101 has excellent hydrophilicity, fluffy and soft hand feeling, low yellowing, easy to dissolve and use, etc., can be used as a softener, hydrophilic finishing agent, antistatic agent to handle a variety of textiles, or as dissociation agent, hydrophilic softener for papermaking processing operations.

Softener paste NSI-4101 is a fluid and cold water dispersible softener concentrate.

Properties

Appearance: light yellow liquid (paste in winter)

PH (5% aqueous solution): 3.0-6.0

Solid content: 85.5-90.5%

Product characteristics

Excellent hydrophilicity

Good water solubility and easily disperse with cold water.

Good compatibility and can be used with other non-ionic, amphoteric and cationic products.

Good antistatic and softness.

Low yellowing.

Dilution method

NSI-4101 can be diluted to any final application concentration (≤ 20%) in cold and hot water.

Application

Softener NSI-4101 is used for lubrication and softening of textile. The treated fabric shows good softness and excellent antistatic performance.

The combination of NSI-4101 and silicone oil can give the fabric a soft, smooth and fluffy handle.

The composite use of NSI-4101 and flaky softener can greatly improve the comprehensive handle of fabric treated with flaky softener.

Pad finishing after dyeing process:   10-50g/L(10% NSI-4101).

Exhaust after dyeing process:       1-5%   (10% NSI-4101).

Packing and storage

120kg wide mouth plastic drum.

Store in a cool place with storage period of one year. Long time heating (above 65℃) will lead to color change, so avoid overheating; avoid rain or damp, avoid storage or exposure to the sun, and keep away from fire source.
