Uses

Polyamide Fixing Agent DYA-2104 is an after treating agent to improve the wet fastness of dyeings and prints with acid and metal complex dyestuffs on PA fibres and PA/WO blends.

Very good suitability for PA microfibres.

Reserving and retarding agent for PA/WO and PA/CO dyeing.

White ground protection when washing off printed PA and PA blends.

Properties

– No impairment of light fastness

– Improves wash-, perspiration, water, and sea-water fastness

– Improves the fastness to pleating and setting with dry heat

– Specific retarding capacity in PA/CO and PA/WO dyeing

– Prevents bleeding of white ground when washing subsequent to printing – Stain blocker in carpet finishing

– Very good resist effect in the after soaping of PA prints

– Stable to dry cleaning

Application

The product can be applied in the exhaust or in the pad method.
