OP Powder: GDC-7431

Brief introduction
OP Powder is an advanced product for garments treatment to give bleached, distressed and worn look, but in an eco-friendly way (chlorine and potassium permanganate free).

OP Powdercan work in conventional machines, without water, releasing inside the tumbler the innovative particles to produce results such as the corrosion of dischargeable dyes like indigo or the reproduction of the bleaching effect, conventionally obtained by chlorine or potassium permanganate.

OP Powder is in powder form and waterless.

Applications
1. Wet and dehydrate the garment to make the liquid carrying rate 40 ~ 70%;

2. 2.No holes in the roller machine or with plastic plate, cardboard seal all holes;
3. 3. The concentration of OP powder can be adjusted in the range of 5 ~ 20% (W.F) according to the final effect;
4. 4.OP powder can be used alone, or sand / salt and op powder can be mixed evenly before garment treatment;
5. 5. The drum runs for 10 ~ 20 minutes;
6. 6. Takethe treated garmentout;
7. Neutralize with 2-4g/L sodium pyrosulfite at 50 ℃ for 10-15 minutes, drain, rinsing and dry.
   Storage
   Package:25KG/bag.
   Keep in a cool place at about 5-40°C for at least 12 months shelf life.
