Description
PRE-1102 is special low-NaOH effective scouring agent that enable the pretreatment take place at a lower PH value.

Features and Benefits
Low consumption of caustic soda and high efficiency scouring and bleaching, saving energy and time, improving production efficiency and economic benefits.
The treated fabric has high whiteness and good water absorption.
After oxygen bleaching, acid neutralization is not required, or only the minimum degree of neutralization is required. For example, simple pH adjustment is required before dyeing with reactive dyes.
It can shorten the process time to achieve the optimal machine utilization.
Reduce the load and volume of sewage.
Low foam, which can be directly used in the automatic suction system, has no contamination on the equipment, and is easy to clean and use.
Applications
Suitable for exhaust bleaching for cotton knits, towel, package-dyeing and hank-dyeing yarn.
Typical Recipe: 
PRE-1102 1-1.5g/l
H2O2 (30%) 6 – 10 g/l
NaOH (100%) 0.7-1 g/l
Bath ratio ≥1:7
Temperature 95-110 ℃
Time 30-50 min
Notes:
First add PRE-1102, then add caustic soda after the machine is running for a period of time, and finally add hydrogen peroxide.
Packaging
Standard packaging is 125kg plastic drum.
