Hydrophilic Silicone Oil: SSI-4101

Components:  

Polysiloxane compound, cationic

Application Area:

Hydrophilic Silicone Oil SSI-4101 is a hydrophilic softening and smoothing agent for textiles of all fibre types. Extremely good pH stability. Especially recommended for cotton fabrics.

Properties：

– Clear, slightly yellowish transparent liquid

– Pure silicone oil, No emulsifier and water

– Excellent hydrophilic character and handle, better than amino silicone softener.

– Confers “inner softness” and smoothness

– High pH stability, high stability to shear forces, high stability to high-temperture

– High resistant to yellowing

Application： Pad or Exhaust Process.

Emulsion Method:     SSI-4101: Emulsifier=9:2-9:3

Pad process          20-40g/l        SSI-4101（20%）

Exhaust process       2-4% o.w.f      SSI-4101（20%）

Storage:    

120KG plastic drum, room temperature.

The product is sensitive to frost and heat and must not be stored at temperatures below 0 °C or above 40 °C. Irreparable damage is possible. In the case of suspected frost or heat damage, the usability of the product has to be checked before processing. In order to avoid quality loss, it is necessary to always close the drums after use.
