 Brief introduction

Hydrophilic quaternary ammonium softener NSI-4102 is a diester fabric softener quaternary for use in the household and commercial fabric softener. This softener has unique and excellent hydrophilicity, fluffy and soft handle., especially suitable for cotton towel, knitting and pile fabrics.

Solubility                  dilute with cold or warm water

Dilution method (Diluted to 10%)

1. Put the required percentage of room temperature water directly to NSI-4102(or NSI-4102directly to the required proportion of room temperature water)
2. Warming it to 50-60℃
3. 3. Stir for 1 hour, finally filtrate and discharge.

If no heating device, NSI-4102 can be diluted after stirring longer time at room temperature.

Applications

Pad finishing after dyeing process:   10-40g/L(10% NSI-4102).

Exhaust after dyeing process:       1-4%(10% NSI-4102).

Packing and storage

Package: 120KG/Drum.

Keep in a cool place at about 5-40°C for at least 12 months shelf life.
