Pigment Printing Binder: PRI-3211

Field of application

Acrylic acid pigment printing binder is suitable for Resist printing and discharge printing. It has a good dry cleaning fastness, soft hand feeling and excellent color fastness.

Composition

–The fabrics printed with PRI-3211 has excellent color fastness and also good dry cleaning fastness resistant, which can be used on direct printing, resist printing and discharge printing. The fabric is in a soft hand feeling and also aging resistance. Comparing with other binders, the printing paste used PRI-3211 has a better

viscosity if use the same thickening agent, especially for the aqueous printing paste. So, it can obviously save the usage of compound thickening agent

— In the semi-emulsify pigment printing system which containing the white Kerosene, to increase the dosage of PRI-3211 can increase the viscosity for the printing paste so that can reduce the dosage of Thickening Agent.

–PRI-3211 is also suitable for the foaming printing and pearl printing.

–PRI-3211 is formaldehyde free and comply with the request of International environmental protection. Application

1. Aqueous paste prescription:

Storage

The product can be stored for 12 months under cool and well ventilated condition.
