The data show that driven by strong demand, rising prices, order return and other factors, textile and garment exports continue to maintain a good growth trend in the first two months of 2022.
Textile and clothing exports are calculated in RMB: from January to February 2022, the cumulative export of textile and clothing was 319.97 billion yuan, an increase of 6.3% over the same period last year (the same below), including 157.7 billion yuan of textile exports, an increase of 9.3% and 162.27 billion yuan of clothing exports, an increase of 3.7%.
Textile and clothing exports in US dollars: from January to February 2022, the cumulative export of textile and clothing was US $50.2 billion, an increase of 8.9%, of which textile export was US $24.74 billion, an increase of 11.9%, and clothing export was US $25.46 billion, an increase of 6.1%.
The total import and export value of China’s goods trade is calculated in RMB: from January to February 2022, the total import and export value of goods trade was 6.2 trillion yuan, an increase of 13.3% over the same period last year, including exports of 3.47 trillion yuan, an increase of 13.6% and imports of 2.73 trillion yuan, an increase of 12.9%.
The total import and export value of China’s goods trade is calculated in US dollars: from January to February 2022, the total import and export value of goods trade is US $973.45 billion, an increase of 15.9% over the same period last year, including US $544.7 billion in exports, an increase of 16.3% and US $428.75 billion in imports, an increase of 15.5%.
Since this year, China’s foreign trade has maintained rapid growth. From January to February, the total value of China’s imports and exports of goods was 973.45 billion US dollars, an increase of 15.9% over the same period last year, of which exports were 544.7 billion US dollars, a year-on-year increase of 16.3%.
According to the statistical dispatch of the General Administration of Customs on March 7, from January to February this year, China’s textile and garment exports amounted to US $50.2 billion, a year-on-year increase of 8.9% (RMB 319.97 billion, a year-on-year increase of 6.3%), of which textile exports amounted to US $24.74 billion, a year-on-year increase of 11.9% (RMB 157.7 billion, a year-on-year increase of 9.3%), Continue the good growth trend since the fourth quarter of last year; Clothing exports continued to grow steadily, with exports of US $25.46 billion in the first two months, a year-on-year increase of 6.1% (in RMB, a year-on-year increase of 3.7%).
