Brief introduction
Artificial pumice stone GDC-7871 is a substitute for natural pumice in the denim washing process.
Artificial pumice stone GDC-7871 can be repeatedly used about 30-50 times.
Barely produces any sludge.
No heavy-metal ion residual on denim.
Achieves the same level of abrasion as a natural pumice stone.
May save 5-10mins washing time thus improve the production efficiency.

Note
1. The dosage of GDC-7871 is about half of the natural pumice, Please test the effect in advance.
2. Before add GDC-7871, make sure the jeans are wet.
3. For thin or special jeans, some soft rubber balls can be added as lubricants to avoid local friction damage.
4. Denim pockets need to be sewn to prevent GDC-7871 from entering the pocket and damaging the pocket.

Storage
Package: 20KG/bag.
Keep in a cool place at about 5-40°C for at least 12 months shelf life.
