Application process:
1) Preparation of basic paste

PRI-3101 (thickener)    3.6kg

First add water, stir at high speed, then slowly add PRI-3101, and stir thoroughly to form a smooth, non-caking slurry. In addition, high-shear stirring for a long time will generate a lot of heat, which may cause the viscosity to decrease.
2) Printing paste

3) Add directly
Because PRI-3101 has excellent hydration properties and rapid thickening, the “direct addition method” can be used to adjust the pulp. According to the requirements of different machine viscosity, the recommended dosage is about 3%.
Packaging and storage:
125 kg / drum; should be stored in an environment with a temperature of 5-40 ° C. If the product is frozen accidentally, please place it in warm water and mix it thoroughly to thaw.
