Agent in oil method, that is, the emulsifier is dissolved in wax, and then water is directly added to the mixture, or the mixture is directly added to water, and liquid addition method is adopted in turn, that is, water and wax are added with emulsifier in turn, with only a small amount added each time; Primary soap method, that is, fat is dissolved in wax, alkali is dissolved in water, and soap is formed when two phases contact on the interface; Common emulsifying equipment such as phase inversion temperature emulsification method include colloid mill, homogenizer, high frequency oscillator, ultrasonic emulsifier, etc.

It can be dissolved in water to form a very stable wax emulsion. On the premise of selecting emulsifier, we must also consider the influence of emulsifier dosage, emulsifier addition method, emulsification temperature and time, stirring speed and other factors, among which the most critical is the performance and dosage of emulsifier.
